Refund Policy

This policy outlines when refunds may be available for Founder's AI Engine engagements with Asli Acquisition.

1. Custom, Service-Based Work

Our deliverables are tailored for each client. As such, once work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable except as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Failure to deliver the agreed scope as defined in a signed proposal or SOW, after reasonable opportunity to cure.
  • Legal or compliance issues caused solely by our negligence.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind or preference after work has started.
  • Delays or issues resulting from missing client inputs or approvals.
  • Third-party platform costs, usage, or credits.

4. Request Process

Email admin@asliacquisition.com within 14 days of the charge with details and supporting evidence. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

5. Remedies

Where applicable, we may offer a partial refund, credit toward future services, or a revised delivery plan.
